Acknowledgement Forms for Remote Learning Students

An essential part of the registration process for parents of remote learners is the Parent Acknowledgement Forms which include the Chromebook User Agreement. All parents/guardians that have children participating in remote learning this school year need to complete these forms in order to receive a Chromebook.
