BCSD "Say Yes to the Prom Dress or Suit" Program Draws Media Attention

The Baldwin County District recently hosted its first Say “Yes” to the Prom Dress or Suit Event at the Baldwin High School Theater. The event was aimed at helping students find the perfect prom dress or suit without having to worry about cost. It quickly drew the attention of local media, including WMAZ13 who featured the story.

Prom is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, 2023. The red carpet will be rolled out for many attending students, eager to find their dream outfit for the big night. Thanks to the generosity of community members from Baldwin County and surrounding counties, many prom dresses and suits were donated and found homes with students. Additionally, several anonymous donors stepped forward to provide support to ensure that every student had the opportunity to participate in this joyous occasion.
