End of Nine Weeks In-Person Instructional Model Selection Form Information

Writer: Felicia CummingsFelicia Cummings

Updated: Sep 23, 2020

The end of the first nine weeks is fast approaching. As the date nears, parents whose children are participating in remote learning in elementary and middle school are asked to complete a selection form letting the school know their preference for the second nine weeks. Each child's respective school will send a selection form that will contain specific information regarding in-person instruction and remote learning. Parents of remote learning students will need to decide whether to continue with virtual learning or return to in-person instruction by Friday, October 2. It is very important that parents submit the selection form for each child by the established deadline. School administrators will rely on these numbers to prepare for the return of the additional students to the classrooms on Wednesday, October 21.

Parent informational meetings have been scheduled for Thursday, September 24 at 5:30 PM and Thursday, October 1 at 12:00 PM and 5:30 PM via Zoom. Parents will have the opportunity to gather additional information about both instructional models and our safety protocols as well as ask questions.
