The Baldwin County School District would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to local businessman Merritt Massey of State Farm Insurance for his generous donation of $500 to the Baldwin County School Nutrition Department. These funds assisted staff in making sure students did not go hungry as they ended another school year. As a result of this donation, the school nutrition department was able to provide nutritious meals to our students the week of May 25, after school had ended and before the Seamless Summer Meal program was to start. The Baldwin County School District is beyond thankful for this contribution as well as all the community support received by other organizations, businesses, civic groups, and citizens of Baldwin County during the COVID-19 pandemic.
