Welcome Back, Baldwin County Students and Families! 

Over the past few days, it has meant so much to me and all of our community to see and feel the positive energy across each of our campus buildings. The opportunities for our children are abundant, and you are the reason why success is here. Thank you for making the welcome back time special. Though we may have been tired on that first Friday, our first few days of school were successful! Thank you for all the work in creating welcoming, safe environments for our students as even more successful days are ahead of us.

Welcome to New Staff and Faculty!

Join me in sending another welcome to the outstanding group of professionals who have joined our district. It was a privilege to get to know more about our new teammates during the New Teacher Orientation. Please continue to make our new members feel at home in Baldwin and help them learn the ropes of your building and school/ district processes. By doing so, we can continue to build a powerhouse team at each school as we better prepare them to lead our classrooms.

Also, please continue to be patient with arrival and dismissal routines along with transportation and bus routes. Traffic will always be heavier at the beginning of school and we are experiencing delays in routes as we need additional drivers.

We'll be updating the public daily Postings for hiring drivers are available on our website and signing bonus are available for those who fulfill the eligibility requirements. If you or someone you know is looking for an opportunity to earn extra income while serving our school community, please consider training to drive a bus!
