Baldwin County 4H Teaches Students About Nutrition

May 2, 2017

Eryn Farmer and Chyna Moore from Baldwin County 4-H and Communities in Schools came to talk to the students about nutrition.  They talked about the different food groups and gave examples of food for each group.  They also talked about added sugars and which foods have the most and least amounts of added sugar.  The students learned about the importance of eating healthy and exercising.  The students got to play a fun game to exercise.
