Welcome from the Superintendent
Dr. Kristina Brooks

As I step into the role of Superintendent for Baldwin County Schools, I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude for the honor of serving this incredible community. With gratitude and a clear sense of purpose, I look forward to working alongside each of you as we build on our successes and embrace the possibilities ahead.

I’ve always believed in the potential of every child, and that belief has only grown stronger. Our responsibility is to create the conditions for every student to thrive by providing strong instruction, meaningful relationships, and real-world opportunities. We want more than test scores; we want capable, confident learners who are ready to lead.

I have spent transitional time prioritizing, listening, learning, and building connections with students, families, staff, and community members. I’m committed to transparency, open communication, and shared ownership of both our challenges and our achievements. This is our moment to be intentional—to focus on what matters most and ensure Baldwin County Schools remain a place where students thrive, educators are supported, and families are valued.

Thank you for your trust and your partnership. Let’s make each year of purpose, progress, and possibility together.

With appreciation,
Dr. Kristina Brooks
Superintendent of Schools
