Be enrolling a child who will be 3 or 4 years of age by the school cutoff date of September 1, 2023
Receive SNAP, SSI, Foster, TANF, Homeless
There is no cost to the parent/guardian
How to Apply Online:
The Online Application is only available to new first time applicants.
Apply online if you have never completed an application before with the Early Learning Center!
Online APPLICATIONS are available to complete starting January 17th-31st, 2023 by 5:30 p.m. for initial enrollment.
Please complete your Online Application and submit the required documents during the interview application intake process.
Copy of Certified Birth Certificate (Original Document
Social Security Card child’s (Original Document)
Proof of Residency (Utility bill for the previous month)
Proof of Income (W-2 or 3 pay stubs for the previous month)
Applications will be marked as incomplete until all required documents are received.
DO NOT COMPLETE the online application if you completed a 2021-2022 application for your 3 year old and were placed on the WAITLIST. You must update your application in person. Please bring all documents (Proof of Residency & Proof of Income) for updating and applying for the 2023-2024 School Term. The Early Learning Center will be available Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. starting January 17th- January 31st, 2023 for updating the application and initial enrollment. We will be available from 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on January 30th & 31st.
