Welcome Message from Midway Hills Academy Principal Antonio Ingram

Guest presenter showing students a meteorite.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the opening of what promises to be a wonderful school year! At this time of the year, there is great anticipation of what is to come, and I am as excited as the Midway Hills Academy teachers, children, and parents. Why? I am excited because I get to return to Midway in this position as principal.

Together, teachers, students, and parents/guardians make a strong family. We appreciate your support as your child enters the classroom, learns, and grows through the year. Let’s all commit to have a good school year, setting everyone, students, as well as teachers, up for success.

Throughout the year I look forward to meeting the new members of our community and connecting with returning community members. I encourage families to get to know each other so that we can build new friendships and support each other as the need arises. You will have a great opportunity to meet new people and see old friends at the Annual Open House on Monday, July 31st. This is the time when parents/guardians will meet in the classrooms with teachers and learn about grade level curriculum, projects, and expectations. And don’t forget to join the PTO; the first meeting is Tuesday September 5th at 6:00 p.m.

In closing, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us here at Midway Hills Academy. Our school personnel will be happy to assist you. We anticipate and look forward to your support during this school year.

The following are important dates to remember:

Wednesday, July 26th - District Back to School Bash at Lakeview Academy (formerly Eagle Ridge)
