Kappa Kappa Iota along with other supporters donate to the BHS food pantry

Kappa Kappa Iota donates to BHS Student Pantry

The Student pantry at Baldwin High School is always receiving support from the community. Kappa Kappa Iota is a National Organization for Educations that picked the student pantry as one of their community projects to support. The local chapter, Iota, donated food to the student pantry at Baldwin High School. The two Kappa members that delivered the food are Cathy Dickinson and Sherri Zant shown in the photo above. Mrs. Longino, the media specialist and facilitator, for the food pantry is also pictured in the photo. The food pantry is a huge success because of the support from the community. A lot of organizations in the community donate food as well as monetary donations. All students at Baldwin High School can request a bag. The bags are packed are packed on Tues, Thurs, and Friday. Students request a bag by completing a form that can be found on the Baldwin High School Media Center Website. A link to the form is provided below.
