Students from Baldwin High School’s Band of the Braves recently took the stage at the North American Saxophone Alliance (NASA) conference, hosted by the University of Tennessee. Representing the Baldwin County School District and the strength of Baldwin County Fine Arts, these talented saxophonists performed at one of the most prestigious events for saxophone musicians in the country.
NASA, a national organization for saxophonists, brings together students, educators, and professionals through conferences filled with live performances, masterclasses, clinics, and competitions. This year’s Region 7 Conference gave Baldwin’s students the chance to grow, connect, and shine among a community of passionate musicians.
We’re so proud of our Baldwin High saxophone ensemble and all they’ve accomplished. Their hard work, talent, and commitment are a shining example of what’s possible when young artists are supported through strong arts education and a dedicated school district.
