Baldwin High School Bravettes Win GHSA State Championship Title

The Macon Coliseum was the stage for a momentous occasion in high school basketball history, as the Baldwin High School Bravettes faced off against Hardaway in the State Championship. This game wasn't just another matchup; it was the pinnacle of a journey that had seen the Bravettes steadily climb the ranks over the past three years. Their path to the championship was marked by determination, skill, and an unwavering belief in their ability to come out on top. As the final buzzer sounded, it was clear that their hard work had finally paid off.

Two years ago, The Bravettes were knocked out in season playoffs and last year, after a near-win to Griffin in the State Championship game, the Bravettes have been looking to reclaim a title that has not gone to Baldwin since the Bravettes three-year State Championship streak from '86 - '88. Now the Bravettes have laid claim to the throne once again. Congratulations to Coach Kizzi Walker's staff and to all of the players for this triumphant accomplishment!
