The Baldwin County School District has suffered a great loss. Ms. Venita Clemons, bus operator for our school district, recently passed away. Ms. Clemons served our school district proudly for 17 years. She was an amazing woman and a dedicated employee. We will truly miss her. Graveside services for Ms. Venita Clemons will be held on Saturday, January 16th at 3:00 p.m. at the Second Darien Baptist Church Cemetery, located in Linton, Georgia. Viewing is scheduled for Friday, January 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Slaters Funeral Home located at 244 North Wayne Street in Milledgeville.
