Dr. Noris Price, Superintendent of the Baldwin County School District, has been named as a finalist for the 2022 Georgia Superintendent of the Year by the Georgia School Superintendents Association (GSSA). According to GSSA, each finalist has been singled out for their leadership abilities and their excellent skill set in working with their boards, staff, parents, and local communities. They have outstanding communication skills and strive to create innovative educational environments for students to be successful.
The announcement for 2022 Georgia Superintendent of the Year will be made at the Georgia School Boards Association/GSSA Winter Conference in December in Atlanta. The Georgia Superintendent of the Year will compete for the National Superintendent of the Year, which will be announced in February 2022 at the AASA, the School Superintendents Association, National Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.
