BCSD Welcomes Heather O'Neill as New Administrative Assistant

The Baldwin County School District is pleased to welcome Heather O'Neill as its new front-desk administrative assistant.


Mrs. Heather O’Neill served in the United States Air Force for 21 years as an Aviation Resource Manager.


She began her career on active duty stationed at the 116 th Air Control Wing, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. She then transferred to the 6 th Air Mobility Wing, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida where she

served as NCO (Non Commissioned Officer) of Flight Management Records, Aircrew Training and as a Wing Scheduler for KC-135R aircraft. Returning to Robins Air Force Base in 2009, she transitioned to the Georgia Air National Guard full time and served as the 128 th Airborne Command and Control Squadron Aviation Resource Manager Superintendent, retiring as a SMSgt. SMSgt O’Neill (ret) has deployed in support of OEF (Operation Enduring Freedom), OIF (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and OIF (Operation Inherent Resolve). She has also deployed numerous times to the Asian Pacific region.


She earned her Associates Degree in Aviation Resource Management from Georgia Military College. She has been married for 13 years and enjoys cruising, fishing, gardening, kayaking and spending time with her husband and dogs.
