BHS Girls and Boys Cross Country Teams Headed to State Meet

Join us in congratulating the Baldwin High School Girls and Boys Cross Country Teams who have secured their spot in the Georgia High School Association State Cross Country Meet. The 2020 GHSA Cross Country State Championships, presented by Atlanta Track Club, will be held November 6-7 at the Carrollton Course. The Baldwin High School Girls and Boys Cross Country teams punched their ticket to the GHSA State Cross Country Meet by finishing 3rd behind Perry High School and West Laurens High School at the region meet. The Girls team was led by Senior Ashley Johnson who finished in 4th place and Freshman Jasmine Williams 6th place. By finishing in the top six both ladies are a member of the 2020 All-Region Cross Country Team. The Boys team was led by Senior LaBronze Boyd who finished in 9th place and Freshman Emmanuel Dixon who finished in 10th place. Congratulations to Head coach Darlene Moore and Assistant Coach Andrew Lindsay on a job well done!
