Instructions for Completing the Instructional Model Selection Survey
1. The survey may be taken at any time between now and 11:59 PM on November 13, 2020.
2. Make sure to answer each question on the survey.
3. A survey must be completed for each student that you have enrolled at Baldwin High School.
4. If you are having difficulty getting the survey to work, please contact the school for further instructions.
5. If a survey is not completed, your student will remain in the same learning model (Remote or In-Person) that they are currently enrolled in through the Spring semester.
