COVID-19 Harrisburg Vaccination Drive

As part of the CORE Community Organized Relief Effort, free COVID-19 vaccines will be provided on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. The location of the vaccination event is 237 Harrisburg Road, SW Milledgeville, Georgia 31061. Georgia residents can register at MACONVAX.CORERESPONSE.ORG or Scan the QR Code in the attachment below. Students receiving the Pfizer vaccine must be age 12 and older. For the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, students must be age 18 or older. The Johnson & Johnson will only require one dose. For those under the age of 18, parental/guardian consent is required and the parent/guardian must be present at the time of the vaccination appointment. Please bring one form of identification and insurance information to aid in the registration process.
