The competition kicks off on Friday at 4:00 PM and continues on Saturday at 10:00 AM, bringing together student-athletes from across the region for an incredible display of speed, strength, and determination.

With over 15 schools and 400 athletes competing, this is a great opportunity to cheer on our local teams and witness some outstanding performances.
