January Board Recognitions


The January Board Meeting was held on Tuesday, January 10th, at the Baldwin County Board Office and included several county-wide recognitions.


Mr. John Jackson was formally recognized for his outstanding service to the Baldwin County Board of Education, as Board Chair. Dr. Gloria Wicker was nominated and elected as Board Chair for 2023. Shannon Hill was elected Vice-Chair. Congratulations to John Jackson, Shannon Hill, and Dr. Gloria Wicker!


Dr. Noris Price was formally recognized for receiving Georgia's Best Superintendent Leader Award from Georgia State University Project NURTURE.



2022 Oconee RESA Art Competition Winners received formal recognition for placing in several categories.


1st Grade:

Congratulations to Alexis Ramsey of Baldwin High School for winning 2nd Place!

The Baldwin County 4-H Club was officially recognized for winning at the Regional Cotton Ball & Consumer Judging Area Competition
