MLB Star Milt Cuyler Inspires Students at Oak Hill Middle School

Students at Oak Hill Middle School received a special visit last week from none other than Milt Cuyler, former MLB outfielder and the 1991 Rookie of the Year for the Detroit Tigers. A Macon Sports Hall of Fame inductee, Cuyler spent the day connecting with students, sharing stories from his professional baseball career, and offering words of wisdom about perseverance, discipline, and chasing dreams.

In addition to signing autographs and posing for photos, Cuyler spoke candidly about the importance of education, hard work, and making good choices—on and off the field. His visit left a lasting impression, reminding students that greatness is within reach when you stay focused and stay true to yourself.
