Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies for Midway Hills Academy and Midway Hills Primary

The Baldwin County School District will be hosting ribbon cutting ceremonies at Midway Hills Primary and Midway Hills Academy on November 7, 2022, at 1:00pm and 1:45pm respectively. This marks the end of a year-long undertaking that began with top-to-bottom renovations starting in August of 2021. The renovations included new HVAC units for the school, bathroom upgrades, painting, new flooring, lighting and ceiling upgrades, new classroom cabinets and furniture, and metal canopies for the student drop-off areas at both schools. Most recently, the schools were outfitted with new interior signage that better suits each school's individual branding. These updates not only have a profound effect on the students state of mind, but on the comfort and convenience of the learning environment. Our thanks to the citizens of Baldwin County for voting for E-SPLOST funding, which is the one cent sales tax paid by all individuals who shop in our community.

Both ribbon cutting events will be open to the public and begin at 1:00pm at Midway Hills Primary before moving to Midway Hills Academy at 1:45pm.
