Congratulations to Ms. Seticia Smith of Oak Hill Middle School for being selected as the 2021-2022 Baldwin County School District Teacher of the Year! Her leadership both in the classroom and our community serves as a model for us all. We are proud to have her represent our school district when she competes for the state title.
