Sixth Graders Dominate MLK Writing Contest

Four 6th graders took top honors during The Discovery Center's Martin Luther King, Jr. Writing and Graffiti contest. The students had to explain what the quote, "Injustice anywhere in a threat to justice everywhere", by Dr. King. The students then had to explain how this quote applies to their lives or society at large.First place: Meyanna Reeves, Second Place: Cheyann Clark, Third Place: NaJada Moore, and Fourth Place: Zoe Farrar. Congrats scholars!
