On December 7, the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Education released updated guidance to help schools plan for a safe return to in-person instruction in Fall 2020. The DPH recommends schools use this guidance to make decisions regarding safety and preventive measures for in-person instruction. The document contains information related to safe return to in-person instruction strategies, isolation of cases--both symptomatic and asymptomatic, as well as quarantine of contacts procedures. The updated document also includes student-athletes mitigation measures. You may download the document by clicking below.
