Ms. Kachari Davis Academic Coach at Lakeview Academy Nominated by Maria Thorne and Charlene Dunn, Co-Workers

Ms. Kachari Davis was nominated by not just one, but two of her colleagues! Ms. Davis is described by Ms. Thorne as working tirelessly in her daily responsibilities which include modeling lesions, delivering materials, helping in the car rider line and simply jumping in to help wherever needed. She is also complimented on having a smile that remains constant throughout the day and brings happiness wherever she goes. Ms. Dunn commends Ms. Davis for her commitment and responsibility to ensure that all students succeed. Dunn gives an example of Ms. Davis stepping in to help a team of teachers fill in the gap for a teacher who was out on leave. During this time Ms. Davis extended herself to make sure that the students continued to learn appropriately all while fulfilling her own duties and responsibilities. She is also noted as being a great team leader and a supportive co-worker. Ms. Davis, thank you for your example of excellence!

In addition to her hard work during the regular school day, Ms. Rucker has also worked with the YES program and does not hesitate to take on extra responsibilities, which Ms. Perdue contributes to Ms. Rucker’s strong work ethic. Ms. Rucker, thank you for modeling excellence!
