Mr. Jack Williams presenting Principles for Performance

Professional Learning Days are opportunities for our staff to collaborate and hone their skills as educational professionals. However, you don’t always have to be a teacher in Baldwin County to benefit.

Today, as part of the Life Skills/Leadership mentoring journey that our staff at Baldwin High School are initiating, they hosted IDEALS/Principles for Performance curriculum founder Mr. Jack Williams as he spoke about the curriculum and led our staff through interactive activities regarding relational communication skills.

Mr. Williams is a former division 1 football athlete, division 1 football coach, Vice President & COO, Senior Vice President of a Fortune 500 company and entrepreneur with a career focused on leadership and leadership development.
