Attention Parents! The Baldwin County School District is in the process of organizing a Parent Advisory Council. The goal of this council is to recruit and train parent leaders to be involved in the decision making, governance, and advocacy in our school system.

This group will be charged with the task of choosing topics for Parent University, communicating upcoming events, and working with our business community and other organizations to encourage their help and support in educating our students to become productive community members and leaders. We are in need of parents who are willing to serve as members that want to help make a difference in our district by partnering with us to increase parental involvement which leads to improving student achievement. Your assistance will help us to create and maintain a friendly school climate that encourages parents and stakeholders to visit our schools.

If you are interested in serving on this committee, you can follow this link to fill out the form online or you can please click this link and return the form to your child's school by Friday, January 18, 2018.
