The students at Lakeview Primary School will be starting a new program during their morning meeting. Sanford Harmony is a program that increases empathy, communication, and cooperation among students as well as decreases bullying. Students will work together to complete team building activities and communication tasks. They will have a buddy each week that they will work with and talk to about various topics to help them have a friendship with each person in their class. They will read stories about diversity & inclusion, empathy & critical thinking, communication, problem solving, and peer relationships.
