Oak Hill 8th grader Elijah Rucker brought home the yellow ribbon at this morning's spelling bee, earning the top spot after competing with eight other students from Midway Hills Academy, Lakeview Academy, Oak Hill Middle and the Georgia College Early College.

Rucker's win at today's spelling bee sets him up to be the Baldwin County School District Representative when he travels for the regional competition taking place this coming March. Congratulations to Elijah, and all of our other participants for their hard work and achievement!
