Lakeview Primary School Nutrition staff visited with Ms. Tyson's Kindergarten class. They learned about hydroponics and how to grow lettuce using hydroponics. The Kindergarteners learned about the different varieties of lettuce and how they could be used for. Students even sampled the Local Grown products from R & G Farms in Dublin. The students voted on their favorite type of lettuce, and Buttery Bibb lettuce was the favorite.
