The Baldwin County School District is excited to offer upcoming kindergarten students the opportunity to participate in our K-1 Montessori Program at Lakeview Primary. Montessori is a system of educating children that seeks to develop natural interests and activities rather than the use of formal teaching methods.

We currently have six slots available for the program. A lottery will be held to determine who be will be accepted into the program. If you filled out a form at Kindergarten registration you do not need to fill out another form.

If you are interested in your child being in the program you will need to complete a Montessori Interest Form. Your child also needs to be registered for kindergarten if they are not already. You may come by Lakeview Primary to fill out the form anytime between 8:00-3:00. The deadline to submit an interest form is March 29, 2019.
