The members of the Baldwin County School Board are Dr. Gloria Wicker, Board Chair (District 1), Shannon Hill, Vice-Chair (District 2), Lyn Chandler, (District 3), John Jackson (District 4), and Wes Cummings (District 5). Each of them has been instrumental in achieving this milestone. Their leadership and unwavering commitment to educational excellence have been key factors in consistently earning the Leading Edge Award.
The GSBA Leading Edge Award seeks to highlight school districts that are setting the gold standard for ensuring students' competitiveness in a dynamic global market.
