BCSD Welcomes Lisa Bell as the New Assistant Principal at Midway Hills Primary



Baldwin County School District is excited to welcome Lisa Bell as the new Assistant Principal at Midway Hills Primary starting the 2023-2024 School Year. Bell was appointed to her new position by the Baldwin County Board of Education in April.


Lisa Bell is a native of Warner Robins, Georgia and attended Northside High School. She is a 1994 graduate of Jones County High School. Ms. Bell began her teaching career in 1998 at Mattie Wells Elementary School in Jones County. During her 25 years as an educator, she has served as an elementary classroom teacher, Instructional Coach, and Early Intervention Teacher. She has educational experiences in Jones, Houston, and Bibb County.


Bell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University, a Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision from Georgia College and State University, and an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University.


Bell has one son, Jeremiah, and is passionate about teaching and serving others. She looks forward to serving the students and the community of Baldwin County.
