Writer's picture: Felicia CummingsFelicia Cummings

The taxing and troublesome effects of the COVID-19 pandemic can be felt on many levels here in the Baldwin County School District and with school districts across the nation. Fortunately, the federal government is providing relief funds to help schools lighten the load. It is written in the federal CARES Act that financial support from the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) fund is to go to schools both public and private. Any local private school who is interested in participating in the CARES Act ESSER Equitable Services is asked to complete the online Intent to Participate Form located at the following link:https://bit.ly/3eKGyTnThe form is due by May 20.
