Lakeview Academy is extremely proud to announce that fifth grader James Walters is the Baldwin County School District's Spelling Bee champion! James competed against students in grades 4 to 8 who represented other county schools. His winning moment came in the 33rd round after correctly spelling the word 'amplify.' James will represent BCSD at the Georgia Association of Educators (GAE) Regional Spelling Bee on February 22nd in Putnam County.
