The start of the 2021-2022 School Year is fast approaching. The first day of school is set to begin Wednesday, August 4. Our Open House events for students who will be returning to our campuses for traditional in-person instruction are scheduled to take place July 30th and August 2nd. Georgia College Early College Open House will take place Sunday, August 1st from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Open House is a great opportunity for parents and guardians to learn about the expectations of a new grade level and meet teachers. We ask that all parents and guardians adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Open House is only for traditional in-person students. Baldwin Online Academy (BOA) students will receive a virtual open house link from their assigned teacher.

  • It is very important to adhere to the schedule of Open House that is provided. Time slots have been created to allow for social distancing and fewer people in the buildings at the same time.

  • Oak Hill Middle School and Baldwin High School will hold Open House on July 30th. Our primary and academy schools will hold Open House on August 2nd. Parents have the option to choose a morning or an afternoon time slot.

  • Only 4 visitors per student. No siblings, only the student(s) may come with their parent.

  • If you are feeling sick or have been around others with COVID-19 symptoms, please refrain from coming to the Open House.

  • All visitors will be notified of additional COVID-19 safety protocols prior to the event.

Below you will find a copy of the schedule for Open House.
