The Baldwin County School District's Special Education Leadership Team has created a 2020-2021 Plan for the Program for Exceptional Children (PEC) that addresses subjects related to the instructional care and needs of students in remote learning as well as traditional in-person instruction during the COVID-19 pandemic.
