Hello and thank you for visiting the Baldwin County Schools' Finance Department. Our mission is to accurately report the financial position and business activities of the Baldwin County School District.
Within the scope of this mission, our responsibility is to be service oriented to all schools and departments while safeguarding the financial assets of the district. This responsibility requires that financial transactions adhere to system policies and procedures while still adhering to generally accepted accounting principles and rules established by the authoritative governing bodies.

Your username is your firstname.lastname (AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR BOE PAYCHECK or DIRECT DEPOSIT ADVICE).
Your password for the first log in will be the last four digits of your social security number. You will then be asked to create a new password that consists of a minimum of 6 characters in which one must be a numeric value.
