Celebrating National Principals Month: Mrs. Terri Carty

Mrs. Carty began her career in Baldwin County School District in 2005 at Midway Hills Academy as a classroom teacher. Mrs. Carty taught 2nd and 4th grade before transitioning to an instructional coach for Creekside and Blandy. In February 2018, she became an assistant principal at Midway Hills Primary. She became principal at Midway Hills Academy in 2023. Mrs. Carty earned her Bachelor's degree at Marshall University and her Masters and Specialist at Georgia College and State University.
