Oak Hill Middle School Suggested Summer Reading List

Studies show that students who read at least five books during the summer can maintain important literacy skills. Summer reading is critical for students to retain knowledge and skills learned in the previous school year. Data shows that students who read twenty minutes each day have higher standardized test scores. The following book lists are suggested reading for this summer for middle school students in grades 6-8.
