Through their triumphant win of the 2024 GHSA 4A State Championship Title, the Baldwin Bravettes have galvanized our community into a state of comradery and giving, and nowhere is that more evident than in the recent donation from Wright Heating, Cooling, and Electrical.
Led by Jay Wright, the company has stepped forward with a heartfelt donation of $2,000 towards the purchase of championship rings for the Baldwin Bravettes, marking not just a celebration of the Bravettes' victory but also the 50th anniversary of the company. Wright’s gesture extends beyond mere financial support, embodying a deep-rooted commitment to celebrating local achievements and fostering a sense of pride within the community. "We're very proud of the Baldwin Bravettes," said Wright, when he stopped by to personally present the check to Superintendent Dr. Noris Price, "and we just wanted to recognize them."
"We are fortunate to live in a community that is very generous and supportive of our public school system," said Dr. Price, "Wright Heating, Cooling, and Electrical has a history of giving back to the community and supporting our youth. This donation will help defray the overall cost of the championship rings.”
Many thanks to Wright Heating, Cooling, and Electrical for their donation and their support of our Baldwin Bravettes. The championship rings will forever remind them of a community that celebrated their achievements and dreams.
The total cost of the championship rings is close to $9,000, which will cannot be purchased with tax payer dollars. They must be entirely purchased through donations. If you would like to make a donation, please contact Gina Whitaker at 478-457-3303.
